A cost estimate      established the base line of the project build cost at different stages of      the project build cost management at a given stage of project development represents      a prediction provided by the cost engineer or estimator on the basis of      available data. To support our entire cross functional achieve the CIA for      PAG and PAC approval and also provide the list of budget for buying      process.</li>

<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>To work with cross      functional team and estimate the amount and type of material required to      deliver the contracted specifications.</li>
<li>To estimate the cost of      equipment and plant.</li>
<li>To work with planning      engineers and site managers and help predict the duration of the project      and the cost involved.</li>
<li>To establish the      estimated completion rate and progress, this will include the necessary      reimbursements for bad weather conditions and other unpredictable events.</li>
<li>To calculate a final      figure of the cost that will have to be incurred.</li>
<li>To present a necessary      tender price.</li>
<li>To provide with suitable      plans when budget is a prior set constraint.</li>

<li>Develop annual marketing plan with goals, strategies, tactics, and programs based on 1) Aligning with “Developing Platform Marketing’s strategies and priorities and 2). The complete analysis of the local market, consumer needs, customer needs, competition and company resource and abilities.</li>
<li>Coach, develop and motivate SBM, BM or ABM under his/her responsibility to enhance their competency being prepared for the career progress.</li>
<li>Provide leadership to all functional areas to support the successful attainment of marketing goals.</li>
<li>Co-operate and work well with Platform’s marketing team including Packaging graphic development, Copy development and new product launch qualification and implementation.</li>
<li>Drive consumer research plan, working with ASEAN market research manager. Understand local consumer needs and unmet needs, translating consumer research findings into meaningful strategic actions.</li>
<li>Provide sound strategic thinking, leadership, and good business judgment in all aspects of marketing for the brands including copy, media, promotion, line extensions, quality improvements, pricing, product development, packaging, communications, deals, etc.</li>
<li>Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate changes in plans to achieve optimal results.</li>
<li>Initiate and recommend new business opportunities and improvements to strengthen the brand franchise.</li>
<li>Manage multi-functional resources, seeking their input and involvement to ensure that all activities in support of marketing plans are coordinated to maximize the franchise’s performance.</li>
