<li>Supervise staff in follow up Bank Guarantee return from customer</li>
<li>Supervise team in filling system both hardcopy and softcopy regarding quotation &amp; tender documents.</li>
<li>Submit payment to account dept with all necessary documents for e-auction fee.</li>
<li>Attend Meeting with customers and / or suppliers</li>
<li>Negotiate and deal with Banks for Bank guarantee request and fee charge.</li>
<li>Prepare yearly budget for team</li>
<li>Handle Key account clients i.e. Siriaj Hospital, Ramathibordi Hospital.</li>

<p style="text-align: left;">As the CRM Capability Manager, you will champion the use of the CRM system with the business, develop the skills of the users and ensure issues are speedily resolved.  The position also has the responsibility of developing, implementing and delivering the training required that will enable maximum effectiveness and utilization by all company users. You will provide ongoing support of all CRM programs and initiatives introduced to the business.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Working with the General Managers of company in Thailand and the Philippines, the Regional Sales Managers and Marketing Manager – Company, you will ensure CRM skills are being learned, developed and refreshed through training and ongoing coaching for the marketers and sellers across the Thailand and Philippines businesses. The majority of your attention will be focused with the company Sales force.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">As the successful incumbent, you will utilize your highly developed interpersonal skills and superior sales, functional and technical knowledge to identify, build, develop, promote, and maintain the sales processes, systems and reports as required by the company in Thailand and Philippines businesses in order to operate at maximum efficiency and consistency.  You will also work closely with Sales &amp; Marketing Capability Managers to ensure all users and management in Thailand and the Philippines are fully competent in using and utilizing Customer Touch Management.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Specifically the Customer Touch Management Capability Manager – Thailand and Philippines must have an intimate knowledge of the CRM process &amp; system (why and how we enter data, maintain records, produce reports etc.).</p>

<li>Ensures safety and protection of study subjects according to the monitoring plan, SOPs, and ICH/GCP Guidelines and local regulations. Ensures quality of data submitted from study sites and assures timely submission of data by using the available systems to follow site activities.</li>
<li>Supervises overall activities of site personnel over whom there is no direct authority. Motivates/influences them to meet study objectives, including enrollment and retention goals. Resolves study site problems/issues as they occur. More complex issues may be resolved jointly with management. <li>To provide an agreed level      of service for new and existing EBS Oracle applications and systems to the      business function support.</li>
<li>Analyze user requirements,      procedures and problems to recommend and deliver solutions so that users      have quick and effective support and can focus on delivering the ‘Every      Little Helps’ promises relevant to their jobs.</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>

<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>Bachelor’s degree or      relevant qualification</li>
<li>Deep understanding on      Oracle EBS application</li>
<li>Having experience on      procurement in any businesses</li>
<li>Understanding about basic      accounting</li>
<li>Having knowledge on SQL      language</li>
<li>Oracle Application      Certification is optional</li>
<li>Significant experience of a      Systems analyst job</li>
<li>Significant experience of      Software development lifecycle</li>
<li>Emotional controllable under      pressure circumstance</li>
<li>Fluency in English</li>
</ul>
