Salary: THB 250,000 – 300,000

Location: Bangkok

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the VP, Finance based in Hong Kong and supervising a team of 10, the Finance Director will be responsible for leading and managing the local finance operations in Thailand, including
  1. Revenue and cost of access validation, reporting and analysis
  2. Credit risk management and collection of customer debt
  3. Internal controls
  4. Overall accounting management, and
  5. Liaising with the Revenue Department regarding all tax issues

• Providing commercial leadership and supporting sales and credit teams for all customer disputes and customer contract negotiations, including margin control, revenue projections, setting product pricing and discount structures, viability of orders, risks involved, etc.
• Assisting the Group Finance teams for the delivery of management reporting, statutory reporting (annual audit), tax compliance, budgeting and forecasting

Job Qualifications:

• Thai nationality preferred (but open for expatriate who has direct experience)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting and CPA is a plus
• Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably experience from international telecom, ISP/ASP or web-hosting or related industries
• Hands-on experience in data and voice services with good understanding of the telecom market
• Pleasant personality, flexible, proactive and a problem solver & solution-minded professional with the ability to work under pressure
• Strong Leadership and people management skills
• Proficiency in English communication skill both written and spoken
