Transport Finance & Admin Manager (Wangnoi based)
Salary: THB 80,000 – 90,000
Location: Wangnoi, Ayutthaya
Responsibilities:
- Directly report to the expatriate Operations Manager and supervise a team of 30 people
- Oversee freight expenses and capital budgeting
- Cost control and monitoring on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis
- Reconcile management fees
- Control purchase orders for all sites
- Control payment process
- Involved in analysis of tasks in new projects and other improvement processes
- Ensure proper recording of accounting transactions and supporting documents
- Control fixed assets
- Control office supplies in line with the budget
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
- Thai nationality
- 5-7 years of experience in analytical work, preferably from the transportation related business
- Positive attitude, a good team player, strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good command of English
