ER Section Manager

Our client is a leading provider of products and services supporting the health-care industry.

Location: Rayong

Benefit: THB 100,000 – 120,000

Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement, monitoring general service in Rayong facility to support all employees by 24/7 working environment such as; Transportation, Canteen, Lockers, Uniform, to ensure that all facilities are operating effectively, and the service provided meet staff’s satisfaction by overseeing the management of a team to recommend enhancements, ensure implementation, plan and execute maintenance etc. and make sure that those tasks have been made correctly, systematically, efficiently and conforming with the company policy.
  • Established and promotes a good labor relations system in the company, conducts and create the activities to motivate and create the good relation in our organization. Prepare statistical reports on types and frequency of actions taken concerning grievances and related labor matters.
  • Supervised, advises and make the suggestion to his/her subordinate to work with efficiency and lead them to meet objective.
  • To analysis, control budget, and verify the document that concerned and provide the administration report about the result of work, expenditure, submitting to HR. Dept. manager.
  • To controls, co-ordinate with the public and private units including with enhancing good relationship with the community and persons concerned.
  • Considers, makes decision and implement rule and regulations for practice by conforming to the labor law to include controlling and re-checking for good practices.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Personnel Management / law or related fields.
  • Good knowledge in labor law.
  • Strong background and ability to deal with labor union.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years experiences in Labor Relation function in large manufacturing environment.
  • Good command of spoken and written in English and Computer literacy.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skill, strong in leadership, creative thinking, Self-motivation, Team spirit
