Regional HR Specialist
Our client: a Leading Animal Health care company.
Location: Central Bangkok
Benefit: THB 50,000 – 60,000
Responsibilities:
- Assist HR Manager for full spectrum of regional human resources management which include of headcount planning & reporting, recruitment & talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, rewards & recognitions, performance management, employee relations & communication, learning & development, talent management, and overall wellbeing of employees.
- Execute HR best practices, policies, procedures, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Manage payroll administration and required statutory contributions, timely compiling and submission of HR reports for SEAP countries.
- Administrative employee benefits programs and recommend changes to ensure competitiveness
- Lead employee on/off boarding process and procedure.
- Provide support to Thailand Finance Team. Responsible for office administration matters in Bangkok
- Responsible for maintaining personnel files and employee database ensuring they are up to date in SAP.
Dimension
- Supports a headcount of 50 operating across SEAP sales, manufacturing and Research & Development organizations.
Immediate Challenge
- Recruitment of regional OPEN positions.
- Ensure that regional initiatives (particularly compensation & benefits) are customized to allow for local competitiveness and implementation.
Prerequisites
- Demonstrated ability to drive major initiatives through the organization and influence decision makers at all levels.
- Experience in supporting manufacturing facilities.
- Ability to successfully manage in a matrix environment and to influence/lead across a diverse, geographically dispersed, multicultural environment
- Ability to effectively manage projects, including developing project objectives, prioritizing responsibilities, delegating tasks, executing project deliverables, and tracking and measuring to successful completion.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and follow up on assigned projects; strong organizational and prioritization skills
Qualification
- At least 3 years of professional HR management experience with some regional responsibility.
- Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline with relevant experience
- Experience working with American or European company
- Thorough knowledge of applicable local country laws governing employment, working Conditions, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Effectively bilingual in English and Thai
- Strong leadership skill with the ability to drive, motivate and delegate tasks
- Innovative and creative in resolving problems and issues
