SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – TEAM LEADER IT INDUSTRY

Responsibilities:

The key focus of a consultant is to generate and deliver new business in the IT Sector of the Thailand market. Ideally you are a proven recruiter with IT industry experience. You should have already, or be able to develop strong relationships with our MNC and local client base and provide innovative, quality and rapid response to their recruitment and HR consulting needs.

In addition, you are skilled in developing a team of like-minded, driven and motivated professionals for achievement of targets. Besides achieving strategic customer satisfaction standards, you need to have the ability to anticipate and act on market trends and intelligence.

Manage a researcher/assistant ensuring a smooth working relationship to fulfill the clients’ needs.

Have the ability to run your own sector. Meet clients on a face to face basis, developing and establishing relationships; generating new business.

Requirements:

  • Thai, Bachelor’s degree in any related field (IT degree is desirable)
  • Minimum four years working experience as a recruitment consultant.
  • Result oriented, active with high work ethics and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to develop, good communication skill.
  • Fluent command of Thai and English skills both written and spoken.
  • Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as Internet navigation skills.
