Our client is Thailand’s pioneer in manufacture of quality gypsum plasterboards and plasters.

Location: Saraburi

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the machines, electrical system and infrastructure to support plant, so will get more capacity and efficiency.
• Approve and access PM plan according to reduce machine breakdown.
• Manage spare parts to be able support the plant and to be common spare parts.
• Manage plant fixed cost in term of labor cost and maintenance cost to be in the budget.
• Maintain and test run gypsum board line machine and check the abnormality when running, so will support gypsum boards to market.
• Provide the project of machine improvement in term of increase capacity, so will support products to market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer or Mechatronic
• 3 – 4 year experience of maintenance in manufacturing
• Knowledge and experience in Preventive Maintenance
• Good Computer literate in MS Office
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Experiences of supervisor level in preventive maintenance / planner is a plus.
