Process Manager
Our client is Thailand’s pioneer in manufacture of quality gypsum plasterboards and plasters.
Location: Saraburi
Responsibilities:
- Work with Production and Maintenance section to optimize process parameters and formulations in order to improve product quality and decrease cost.
- Provide weekly and monthly production process and production process change on any areas, if any reports accurately and on time
- Assist where required in developing training programs which will aid the development of our employees in related process work.
- Monitor Performance of reports & provide feedback.
- Ensure the training of all employees is sufficient to allow for future changes in personnel & to achieve performance objectives.
- Manage workplace relations to ensure a harmonious working environment
- Advice to manage the safety of activities in the production process area and activity, ensure that no loss time accident and medical treatment
- Ensure that housekeeping of accountable areas reflect a professional organization and exhibits no health risk to employees or visitor.
- Demonstrate a continuous improvement and involve in product development to achieve highest level of product quality with the lowest production cost.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of experiences in manufacturing with continuous process (paper, glass, steel)
- Ability to organize groups of people and systems.
- Good communication & leadership skills.
- Analytical / problem solving aptitude
- Able to proactively drive for continues improvement.
- Good understanding of the ISO system.
- Good Computer literate in MS Office, Minitab or Statistic
- Good command of written and spoken English (TOEIC 650)
