Service Planning Manager
Report to: Technical Support & Planning Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall management of services planning business including strategic / short & mid -range plan, performance evaluation, service cost analysis, develops recommendation and implements service plans to improve service qualities and profitability.
- Consolidates and analyzes all services data and recommend for service improvement and efficiencies
- Strengthen Service Organism and initiate service strategy support for business expansion
- Provides service strategic for new product launching
- Participates in budget preparation and administration, monitors and controls expenditures
- Leads monthly service performance review, point out services issues and follow up
- Standardizes of Service processes and revises
- Analyses manpower and planning to ensure efficiencies and productivities improvement
- Performs Project Leader to review process model and procedures to improve an operating qualities and efficiencies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in any Engineering or related fields
- Strong professional skill of Service Planning Strategy and Implementation
- At least 5 years service planning experience; preferably from a high technology environment
- Proficient in English both written and spoken
