Report to: Managing Director, Consumer Goods Business

Salary range: THB 80,000 – 100,000

Location: Bangkok

Key job accountabilities:

• Responsible to reach sales and profitability targets
• Lead and coach the Monobrand Retail team with quantitative and qualitative targets, ensure measurement and appropriate feedback
• Have the overall staff responsibility within company own Retail. Apply and advice on best practices regarding recruiting, training, people development and staff planning
• Ensure excellent retail operations regarding all aspects of in store activities and processes on country level, including new store openings
• Responsible for an excellent shop appearance and product display according to central standards
• Enable a high service quality at the POP through the focus on staff quality as well as on up to date information and training
• Ensure regular evaluation of available retail space regarding size, location and quality of existing POPs and advises on possible improvements
• Build up and foster relationship with Landlords and Department store buyers to further grow and expand the Retail Business

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant Retail management experience or at least 2 years in a middle-managerial position
• Working experience for an international brand is an advantage
• Good communication skills both Thai and English language
• Strong leadership skill
